While we do our best to get all orders out in a timely manner, there is the occasional unforseen week's events which may delay a shipment (up all night with a sick horse, computer crashed, 100 year snowfall shuts down mail, 3 feet of mud). Seriously, we pride ourselves on our friendly customer service, but this is very small family business. That being said, we appreciate it when our customers cut us some slack.
